3. High View Cottage can not guarantee that the information presented on this site is complete and/or accurate. We therefore exclude liability in the event of loss or damage created from errors on this site. High View Cottage limits liability for the use and resupply of information on this site, except when liability is able to be excluded by law. 
    

4.  High View Cottage may modify or remove any service or room offered on this site at any time, without notice. 
    

5. All prices on this site are subject to change, with or without notice. High View Cottage is not liable for any damages or loss relating to these changes. 
    

6. All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). 
    

7. High View Cottage reserves the right to terminate any booking if any of these Terms & Conditions are violated.
   If your booking is terminated, you will be liable for the full cost of the booking and will not be eligible for a refund.
    

8. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal belongings are taken with you after your stay. High View Cottage will not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal possession.
    

9. All guests must treat the property and all other guests with respect at all times. Any behaviour that is likely to cause damage to any person or the property is strictly prohibited. It is expected that the property will be presented in the same condition that it was in prior to the stay. 
    

10. High View Cottage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. 
     

11. These terms and conditions do not exclude or modify any consumer guarantees that are provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). High View Cottage therefore excludes itself from all liability (except from any liability that cannot be excluded by law), for damages (including, but not limited to) damages for any loss or personal injury, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or exemplary, as a result of the use (or inability to use) the High View Cottage website, or any of its services.

RESERVATION POLICY​

Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
 

A cash deposit, credit card, or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification may be required upon check-in.
 

• Check-in time starts at 2 PM

• Check-out time is 10 AM

• Minimum check-in age is: 18
   

Special check-in instructions:

There is no front desk at this property. Guests will receive lockbox information.
 

Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

• Service animals are allowed

• Debit cards not accepted

• No rollaway/extra beds available

• No cots (infant beds) available

• No lifts

CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings that are cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the stay will be entitled to a full refund.

Any booking that is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled commencement of the stay will be refunded at the owner's discretion. 

​

If you cannot commit to your reservation due to circumstances outside of your control (including, but not limited to: Government Lockdowns or Natural Disasters) you will be entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, we can work with you to postpone your reservation.
